My father-in-law wolf-whistled at me at my brother-in-law's visitation before the day of the funeral. The day of the funeral, he put his hand on my rear-end, intentionally, two different times. It made me feel violated. Was this sexual assault?

A group of bullies recently took dozens of pic of my 12yr old's butt in her bikini at a pool party with the sole intention of posting them on Facebook. Now she cannot go 2 school without constant harassment. There has got 2 b a law against this so that the bullies r punished.
